WORTH IT
Words will never describe how grateful, and happy I am to have found Dr. Kotlus. I was born with droopy lower eyelids. At the consultation, his manners and just his professionalism made me decide he's the dr to fix my eyes. The surgery went smooth, I personally felt no pain afterwards and still 5 days later. I LOVE my eyes. My friends & family are shocked at my results and how amazing they look and what a difference! Dr. Kotlus truly cares about his work and his patients. AMAZING is all I can say.. I truly hope this review will help anyone else, only because I know how hard it is to find the right surgeon, especially for your eyes!

I am beyond lucky and grateful I stumbled across Dr. Kotlus, through a Google search. To be honest with you even before I ever even met him I knew he was the perfect Surgeon there is in N.Y. I saw his website, his videos on his site and on YouTube and you can clearly see how intelligent, well spoken and his outstanding pleasant demeanor as a person. The only obstacle I faced before meeting him was the cost, I didn't want to get my hopes up since the last time I had surgery was ten years ago and I had no idea how much it would cost. Then that would've been a road block. But thankfully it was affordable. Technically it was a revision type surgery as well. My particular situation was kind of different and in my opinion difficult (Dr Kotlus, made it seem easy) because I had, had surgery before to try and correct my eyes and were left the same way.
I can not stress enough how Dr. Kotlus, is beyond a perfect and an outstanding surgeon. He actually performed a canthoplasty and made my eyes look perfect natural and finally at 36 years old I look rested and youthful. I am only 8 days post-op so I will most certainly post pics from a child, teenager, before after first Blepharoplasty And current. I just want to heal so I can post everything together. I know photos grab attention.
The surgery went extremely well. I didn't feel a thing. Great anesthesiologist, sweet nurse made me feel at home. Recovery is going great. I just recommend for everyone to follow instructions, think positive and everything goes well. My tips of getting good results are obviously in the hands of the Doctor, but also in the patient. Everyone heals differently so it's a combination. The pros are looking and feeling great and of course the cons for me are none :) because I knew I was in the right hands FINALLY :)
