1 month post op. Before and After. SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS SO FAR!

WORTH IT
Hi! I'm exactly one-month post op. My healing process has gone pretty smooth despite an allergic reaction I had to the strips on the incision. I'm so happy with my results so far and its only been a month! Can't wait until they drop!

Thanks for sharing your journey. I totally agree that darn tape is a beast on my skin. While I am not allergic, I try to avoid tape as it seems to a layer of skin off of the skin surrounding the areas I am trying to protect.

Continued recovery success to you!

Post bandage removal!

Hey guys! I just removed my bandages 3 days post op. It was kind of scary and the only really painful part was the sticky tape pulling at my skin. They are bruised up but I think they will look beautiful once they heal!

Hi there! I'm 25 and an currently in graduate school. I'm 5'0 and have always had large breasts. I frequently had neck and shoulder pain paired with frequent tension headaches. My breasts felt so heavy on my body especially after I lost weight. I'd wanted this procedure for years but never saw it as a realistic thing. In the middle of my semester I decided to reach out to my insurance and ask them about the medical policy and providers that were in network. After a few days they sent me s list and I started doing my research. The surgeon I chose is a breast specialist and I love her! I eventually made an appointment for a consultation just to see if I even qualify. By the end of the appointment she had sent all my pre- certification documents to my insurance to hopefully get approved. She said if she was to do the surgery it would have to be ASAP because she would no longer be in network by the end of April ( my consult was mid-March). She scheduled it for Aoril 5th and said to treat it as if I was Approved until we heard back from the insurance. The day after I went to my doctor and had a pre-surgical check up with all the labs and blood word run, even a breast ultrasound. The day after I got a call from the office and was told I was approved! All I'd have to pay was a co pay. I was over joyed but scared it was happening so quickly, especially in the middle of my semester. She performed a breast reduction with liposuction on the sides and under the breasts. She used a lollipop incision with a slight anchor , and no drains. I'm currently 3 days post op and will be removing the bandages today and taking my first shower. Will update later
