I'm satisfy with the tt. Def been more confident in bed with my man. However, I wish I would have done lipo on my upper abdomen when I got the tt. I tried to do sit ups when ever I remember, it can give a small discomfort. Happy healing everyone

I just joined the gym. It's been ok sti feel as if something inside of me will open up when I stretch, other than that, I've been back to my normal activities. I was never a runner so I just speed walk on the treadmill.

I had said the same when I had my tt. But its not too late, I'm planning on getting it done next year as a birthday gift to my self.
Looking good! Retain from pulling, and stretching. Do mostly light non- impact activities and follow the doctor orders... You will heal faster and better without complications. I had my tummy tuck six years ago and still receiving compliments.
Sometimes when I work out, mainly stretch, I always feel like something inside is going to rip apart
