I had a bad experience with this surgeon. I did not do enough research. If you have a bony nose and no major top issues ( bulbous ethnic protrusion etc) I'm sure he will be fine. If you have an ethnic nose with a wide tip DO NOT SEE this doctor. Will he butcher you ? No. Will you have wasted $$ and be so unhappy that you still write reviews years later? Possible. The photos on his website are dated and old as are the ones in his office. I was lured in by these images.. And while I will not claim they are photoshopped you can tell done are edited after. His bed side manner is non existent and the day of surgery he was running late and all harrowed looking. Our first consult he promised the world and was kind and generous with his time. Our second consult he was short, obnoxious, and said it would barely be a difference. His office manger convinced me he was just having an off day. An off day has messed up my nose. It's not butchered. It's still FAT wide and its also uneven! I'm nervous to post images so he may know who I am and cause a problem? Mods please help me with this perhaps I can crop away so there's no identifiable issues but to be honest all his ethnic noses look alike anyway! He makes them all look like his nose! Long and now I have flared nostrils which I never had before!! One day hopefully I can get a revision and I will warn people against him. For those happy with his results.. Where are the photos??? Again if you have a simple bump on your nose I'm sure he will work wonders. Any tip work needed go elsewhere!!

I am sorry uou had a bad experience with this doctor. I don't think he has the right to cause trouble if you post photos. You aren't going to use him again, are you? I hope you can find a surgeon who can fix your nose.

I added a photo the only time it looks ok is from a distance and in good lighting or if I use contouring makeup. As you can see one side is more dented then the other. It's actually worse but I have on a little foundation

Hi - yes I can see your concerns. Your case is similar to mine. In some photos my nose looks fine depending on the distance from the camera, light, and makeup. But most of the time the tip looks bulbous with asymmetric sides. I am planning on revision as I am so frustrated with my primary rhinoplasty. So you are not alone in this.

thanks, yes from a distance its ok. the side views are ok, but the side slope of my nose was always pleasing so he had nothing to do there but bring down the projection a bit. I picked him for all the wrong reasons, bit one being that I figured a revision specialist would never deform me, which certainly he did not (depending on your view I guess) BUT i think BECAUSE he is A revision specialist he is NOT aggresive enough where he needs to be, and if you go there with a BIG nose, it will remain a BIG nose with slight changes. again, im sure he has his good days and bad days and hes HUMAN not a magician. What I do NOT like is why he would work on BIG BULBOUS ethnic tips if thats not his specialty. Just be honest, refere a specialist for my type of issue. Do not be pompous and bite of more (or not enough) of what you can chew! Id love to see RECENT photos of any work he has done with ETHNIC noses. Anyway, when i have the funds for a revision, I will be sure to ask for MULTIPLE cases of similar noses/tip issues. not just one or two. I did not even know/think about reading review boards until I was so unhappy with my results I started googling support forums. It took me 4 years to even write this review, but I think its fair to see all sides instead of just glowing reviews.
