Amazing Breast Implants - New York

Let's just start with that I've never been big breasted in the first place. Being 5'8 and 124 lbs I could barely fill in 32-34 A ( heavily padded). And after 3 kids my breasts were close to disappearing ( two small bags). I was always scared of surgeries, especially BA with all its possible side effects. I'm in a medical field and having the knowledge made things more complicated for me. The more you know the more possible side effects and complications you become aware of. I started researching medical literature and reading studies that showed very little if any clear cut evidence of rheumatological, hematological, and oncological problems due to implants. However, I was still scared and not sure if I was doing the right thing by even considering BA.
I went thru realself.com website, read multiple reviews (positive and negative), and was even more uncertain. While searching for info I came across a review on dr Engler. I was very impressed with all the positive outcomes and absolutely no negativity from his patients, and decided to go for a consultation.
My husband ( who's a doctor as well - didn't advise me at first to even consider BA ) accompanied me to the appt. I was very nervous and shy, but Dr right away put me at ease. He was very professional, kind, and patient with both of us ( my husband and me). He answered all of my questions no matter how redundant some of them were, addressed all my concerns. I spoke to him on the phone again and made another appt many weeks after.
His office staff is just as pleasant and courteous. Arlene- the front desk- is absolutely amazing! I spoke to her alone on the phone maybe 4-5 x thereafter! She's very personable.
To make the story short, the decision was made, the surgery done. The recovery was fast and uneventful. I took only extra Tylenol in the evening before bedtime the day of the surgery. Dr Engler called multiple times thru out the days that followed. He was attentive and patient. It's been only 10 weeks and am still in process of adjusting, but I look great (he helped me pick implant size that are just right for me), I'm feeling positive and most importantly have no regrets.
I'd definitely recommend dr Engler to anyone who's in search of body image improvements. He's a remarkable surgeon with excellent bed side manners and a wonderful person.
