39 Years, Three Kids and a Much Needed Mommy Makeover - New Windsor, NY

I'm a mother of three kids ranging ages 17-7. I'm 5ft 9 inches and weight 150 pounds and seem to be stuck on that weight with slight ups and downs over the past ten years. Over the past twenty years my weight has increased from 115-150 which I think is where I'm probably going to be at for a while. I work out whenever possible and for the most part make healthy food choices. With all three pregnancies I breast fed my kids for a least three months to a years. After my first delivery of a 9 1/2 pound baby my abdomen was never the same again and only got bigger with subsequent pregnancies and weight gain. I was never blessed with breast which only got smaller and deflated after breastfeeding. I would love to have a flat stomach again as I'm done having kids and would like to do one hing for me. I'm still debating between a breast lift and lift with augmentation but need to decide soon. I'm presently a 34b and fit very nicely in the 34B VS t shirt bra which I love and would want to look without the added padded bra.

I haven't been good about updating but I'm still loving my results and the swelling is less and less each day. I still wear a compression garment or waist trainer most days and sometimes at night
