Your results look great! I also had a brachioplasty as well as a breast lift, and a Lower body lift. I think your scars look really good! I have to say i had more pain than I anticipated from the arm lift...I also found wearing the compression sleeves on my arms very helpful. Incisions on the arm have a tendency to get wider, but I felt like there was a lot less tension to the incision while I was wearing them. You will see that the scar will get better....I had my surgery in March, they are still getting less noticeable..
