I have been working out and meal prepping to get fit. Then I changed location with my job. It was an hour out of the way which made it harder for me to workout, meal prep, and entertain my child. So I thought maybe I can use a jump start. I went through 6 consultations and Dr. Coleman was best fit for me. The others pretty much almost scared me out of wanting to have it done.

He was very sweet and informative. I was concerned about saggy skin and he assured me that was going to happen. He laser lipo my stomach, my back, my arms, and my flanks and transfer the fat to my butt. His nurse Tammy stayed by my side to make sure I was ok. Anytime something felt uncomfortable he would stop right away. My procedure was done today. Right now I am very sore. Mainly bcuz I wanted to be up with my daughter so I haven't taken the pain pills yet. We laughed and joked around during the procedure. He is very down to earth. Easy to talk to. Going to his office you are in and out. No long waits whatsoever. Nurse Tammy was my ride or die lol. I would recommend anyone to him
