Still swollen

Though the swelling has decreased a little every day or so, I still have a gobbler that I didn't have before. Hope it goes away soon. Numbness and pain not a bother but I still feel it, if I touch that area.

So this swelling doesn't last forever. Yippee!! Still very noticeable to me anyway. No pain to speak of but too swollen to see results yet. Fingers crossed.

I had Kybella injections on Friday evening and experienced significant swelling Saturday and Sunday. Today the swelling appears to be subsiding somewhat. The pain was not bothersome-I took nothing for pain. My Doctor and his staff were wonderful. I was given lidocaine before the procedure and felt nothing during the Kybella injections. The swollen area is jiggly like there is liquid in it. Feels like its working but I have managed expectations and do not expect complete results until I have undergone another session or more with Kybella. So far, I must say, its not that bad. The swelling it the worst part. I did have a little red bruising but nothing significant.

I hope you will post before and after pics if you are comfortable doing it. I have a very bad double chin which has increased with weight gain. I also had it when I was thin. It looks like a bullfrog from the side and can also be seen from the front now too. I"m afraid of more swelling to that area will make my skin loose...

I was concerned about loosening skin as well but I have discovered that many doctors/patients report some unintended skin tightening after Kybella. We shall see. I'm told it depends on skin elasticity too. I think everyone experiences a lot of swelling from kybella.

Please can you post before and after photo's maybe in a few weeks time? I am researching this procedure to decide whether to go for lipo or kybella.
And... How did this turn out for you overall?
