No Kids but Deflated Up Top and Wishing for Nice Full Boobs! - New Jersey, NJ

I am 28 and have yoyo dieted over the years leading to a little sagging and deflation. I wear a decent sized bra - 32dd or 34d but I need a push-up to have any upper pole fullness and my skin is a little loose and baggy in bras. I want to feel confident going braless at home and not feeling like I have to wear a push-up bra. I will post more photos as I can. Scheduled for Friday May 27th for a lollipop (vertical) lift with implants. We are estimating the 320-360 range (aiming for 340 or so) in the newer Natrelle Inspira gel moderate profile implant style. These apparently are slightly more robustly filled which helps reduce wrinkling and helps keep the upper pole full. I'm not worried about wrinkling because I have plenty of tissue but I want the upper pole! I am nervous about scarring and liking the shape of my boobs after. I like them now but I am involuted up top and I want to be okay without the push-up bra! Some days I feel like I'm being selfish wanting perfection but I know many people go through the same feelings.

Thanks for sharing your story with this community. I hope you get all the feedback and support you need on you journey. It's natural for some members to feel guilty or selfish about getting surgery, but there's nothing wrong with wanting the results you're paying for!

I'm getting mine done the same day! Although I'm getting a lift done first then 3 months later the implants placed in on my PS advice! Good luck - I'm having the exact same guilty feelings!!

Congrats on booking your surgery! I had the same surgery on April 27. I went with 350cc high profile so we are similar in CC range. What surgeon are you going to?

Good for you for doing this for yourself. It's important to feel comfortable in your own skin. You can't fault yourself for wanting that! I have a very similar story to yours, and similar stats. I am. Four weeks post op and I am so incredibly happy I did this for myself. I am finally comfortable in my own skin. There's something to be said for that. Good luck, you will look great!

Overs or unders?

Thanks! It's nice to see others with similar sizes preop. Most others are smaller so I wonder how the larger breasted fare after they recover. Glad you feel back to yourself!

Almost time for surgery. It feels surreal to me! I am nervous because I will never have my "old boobs" back. They've treated me well lol. But I'm excited to feel more confident after surgery is done. I began some of my supplements today and the hibiclens wash. Tried practicing sleeping on my back the other night since I side- and stomach-sleep and I know that will be tough. My period is also due any day so of course my boobs are swollen now. I did tell my doctor at my pre op that I was anticipating this and not to think I'm always this full (they swell)! Lol

Day of treatment

It's done !!!

Yay! I can't believe it's all done. I got up around 515, showered with hibiclens, straightened my hair for the last time in a bit, laundry, etc. I got a scopolamine patch that I placed on this morning. Then we were off! So the doctor did the vertical lift with Allergan Inspira 330cc SRM ( smooth round moderate profile) in each. I woke up fine because I know my doctor and anesthesiologist (used to work with both) and they both do a great job respectively. Ate and drank a bit and came home! I've been home for a few hours already and didn't take anything until Ader minutes ago. I took flexeril since the sternum is feeling tight, tho I'm not in "pain". Then my antibiotic and an anti inflammatory (Celebrex) that's the doctor prescribes everyone. I keep wanting to peek under the dressings! So excited!
