I received the Neocutis Lumiere Illuminating Eye Cream today and am eager to see how it compares to similar products! The eye cream is said to be "a restorative, line-smoothing eye cream that uses growth factors to target the delicate eye area and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, crows feet, puffiness, and under-eye darkness."
At 37, I definitely have some fine lines I'd like to see ironed out a bit, but I'm most excited to see how this eye cream works for my under eye darkness. I've always had pretty dark circles and it's #endgoals to be able to go without as little concealer as possible! My first impressions are that it's a cool, creamy texture (not runny). There is an ever-so-slight chemical scent, but absolutely no perfume/floral fragrance, which I'm very pleased about. I tried a dab on my hand first, and it seems to absorb very well. Here's to good results!I received this complimentary treatment through the RealSelf Insider program.

I don't believe I've noticed much of a difference. Aside from some very nice hydration, my dark circles are still prevalent and the fine lines under my eyes are still very much there. While I intend to continue to use morning and night for a full 4 weeks before I complete my thoughts, so far I'm relatively unimpressed and haven't seen much cause for the steep price tag.

In your pictures it honestly looks like your fine lines have softened quite a bit unless it's the angle and lighting? That's what I see when scrolling through your pictures you posted. Good luck! I haven't noticed much difference myself during the trial either though.

Thank you! I actually had Botox injected in the corners of my eyes about a week and a half ago, so I think that's accounting for the smoother line appearance there. I did not have injections directly under my eyes, however, and those fine lines are still very much there, albeit more moisturized. The dark circles, which I had hoped would lesson, are also prevalent.

After 4 Weeks...

I've now been using the Neocutis Lumiere Illumination Eye Cream both morning and night for 4 weeks. I believe this has helped my dark circles ever-so-slightly, as well as my fine lines under my lower lash line. It has proven to be very moisturizing, absorbs well at night but also allows makeup to apply smoothly in the morning.

I'm not sure the changes have been so drastic as to merit the price tag, however, it does do well at moisturizing the undereye area without causing any breakouts or those white bumps that sometimes pop up under the eye.

If you buy this, perhaps you'll just need to adjust your expectations somewhat. While I'm not comfortable with saying this has provided absolutely no improvement, I do question whether the small improvement justifies the cost.

I will continuing to use this since the product goes a long way, and I do appreciate the moisturizing benefits.
