My Thanksgiving Turkey Neck is gone!

Multi Procedure 54 years old. Necklift, Upper/Lower bleph & fat transfer
WORTH IT
I debated whether to do a review on RS or not. I decided that since I learned so much from all of you ladies, that I had to at least give SOMETHING back to this incredible online community. I’ve not decided about pics yet. Give me some time to decide that.
After age 50 and the dreaded menopause, I lost volume in my face , and started to notice the sagging neck and saggy eyelids and bags. I looked tired all the time, and felt I had aged “overnight”. I was also mortified at the amount of people who asked on a weekly basis, “Hey, when are you retiring?” Seriously? Who asks that?!?
I started “thinking” about surgery a year or so ago, and then seriously started researching in June of this year. By the end of September, I had chosen Doctor Yarish, and booked my surgery for November 17, 2016.
For someone who is the BIGGEST baby on the planet and has never had actual surgery! (Not counting a 31 year old C-section!) – this was a MAJOR life changing deal, that at times, I was in disbelief that I had actually made the decision!
I’m on Day 15, have been back at work since Day 11. The first few days were rough and I was very loopy on the pain meds, but I am starting to see that I am going to LOVE the results. My smile has been a bit lopsided due to the feeling come back to my face, but this will resolve, and all the other healing (incisions, bruising, swelling, etc) is coming along very nicely.
I’ll check back in as my progress continues.
About my Doctor:
Dr. Yarish is AMAZING. Not only is he a gifted surgeon, he’s such a sweet, kind man. I chose him not only because of his reputation and standing in our community, but also because of his philanthropic work.
My care ….from consult to pre-op…. has been nothing short of First Class. The nurses and staff at Dr. Yarish’s practice are wonderful also. The surgery center is next to his office, along with a medspa. I didn’t realize that I was given a package (included with my surgery) of healing treatments post op. I had a lymphatic massage yesterday and it was wonderful. So very appreciated and needed post op.
I would recommend the practice, surgery center and spa without hesitation.
