4 months after surgery
WORTH IT
My scars are healed and I have most of the feeling back in my face. I was warned it would take 12 months to fully heal... I am very happy with my progress so far. Both of the pictures I have added at this stage are not filtered.

Turning Back Time
I have considered a facelift for the past 5 years. Due to surgery in my mouth it left me with an extremely saggy neck. I have researched cosmetic surgeons for many years, when I came across Adam Goodwin and read his reviews I decided to travel 200 miles to meet him in person (after a few virtual consultations with other surgeons) .
I liked what Mr Goodwin was saying, he didn’t make extravagant promises, he told me exactly what to expect ....
surgery day came, I had my procedures and went home the next day, Mr Goodwin told me day 4 would be the worst, he was right I looked awful! As the weeks went by I started to see the results and I couldn’t be happier. I am 52 years old, almost anyone I’ve asked (yes even strangers in the hairdressers) say I look 40!
I couldn’t have asked for a better healthcare provider, staff all the way through the journey but most of all, a better cosmetic surgeon!

Hi Jen . Looks fab , and I keep scrolling back to this doctor. Is it very expensive for a lift . I'm 54 now
Hi hev 548
Everyone is different and would need something slightly different from the next, which is why I haven’t said how much my procedure cost. Another reason I haven’t said, I don’t think you should choose a surgeon on price... especially when it’s your face. What I would say, all in all I had a neck and lower face lift, I had my upper eyelids done and a small amount of fat injected into my frown lines. Not one person. I have met and told (I’m quite open about having a face lift ) can believe I have had surgery, if I ask them how old I am, they say 42.... For me, that’s the result I was looking for.
You should have a chat to Mr Goodwin.... see what he can do for you and give you a price .... you have nothing to loose.
Good luck

Are those stitches across your neck in the Monday night photo? I've never seen stitches there before?
Did your stitches extend into your sideburn area or behind the ear into your hairline in back?
Hi There
Yes there were stitches across my neck. My scar runs up the front of my ear and around the back of the ear and there is a scar in my hairline at the back. It is hardly noticeable now. I will post new pictures at the 6 month mark which is the end of February.

Can I ask, did you have an incision across your neck as there was too much skin? I haven’t seen this before but wonder if my neck might be too saggy to lift in the usual way. If you could respond it would be really helpful, as I am considering your surgeon having seen your results. Thanks.
Thank you for your photos. It helps.
