Trustworthy and Kind

This is an overdue review, but necessary. Last year, I started getting self-conscious about my neck so I did a lot of research and got consultations for a neck lift. I visited three doctors. The first two were ready to operate and one suggested an additional procedure. As soon as I met Dr. Ridgway, he told me I didn't need surgery. He was so kind. He took the time to talk with me during the consultation and refunded the consultation fee. I had just turned 42 and was going through a separation so that may have contributed to me wanting to fix something. I will never forget his kindness and definitely trust him for future procedures.
