Giving me back my confidence and self esteem

I had been thinking of a neck lift for a number of years but was always reluctant to go ahead (you hear so many bad stories ) until I came across Mr Marando and Star Clinic. I did my research and went along to my initial consultation with a lot of apprehension but Mr Marando put me at ease from the moment I met him with his lovely charming manner. He explained the procedure to me very thoroughly and answered all my concerns. I went home talked it through with my husband and booked in for the procedure the following day.
On the day of the surgery the nurses and staff at Star clinic were amazing, warming and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I then met my anaesthetist who explained all that would happen during the procedure and then Mr Marando came to see me himself. I woke up from the surgery with no pain at all and came home the following day. I am now post surgery 7 months and look and feel amazing, I only wish I had done it sooner. I cannot thank Mr Marando and his team enough for giving me back my confidence and self esteem.
