He Mutilated Me

I am a 30-year patient of Dr. Grant Stevens. In 2020, I had a lower facelift and a neck lift. The surgery left me with sagging skin below my chin that I did not have before the surgery. Dr. Stevens performed a "correction" in 2021 which only served to make the problem much, much worse. Now, I am permanently disfigured. Several plastic surgeons have since told me I would have to have the surgeries redone to have any hope of even improving the botched surgery, and that they probably could not fix it.

Not only am I emotionally devastated because it looks so horrible, but Dr. Stevens ghosted me after the second botched surgery. I have called, texted and emailed countless times for months and months, but he will not speak with me. Not a single word. I have sent him many photos of how horrible I look and he simply ignores me. Not one word. This, after I have given him my business for decades and referred countless people to him.

It is not that I had unrealistic expectations from the surgery. Like I said, he mutilated me.

To me, when things go wrong is when a person reveals their true character. I am devastated and disappointed. My advise to you is to go elsewhere, lest you end up mutilated and ignored, too. Not to mention the fact that I am out tens out thousands of dollars to look worse than I did when I walked in his door. Unforgivable.
