1/2 months after neck lift I got loose, crepey skin

Not satisfied.... AT ALL

I should start by saying that Dr. Pontell and his staff are nice. I did consult with 3 other plastic surgeons. I wanted a neck lift not so much a mini face lift. I was told by all 3 Dr.'s that a facial lift combined with neck was necessary. I was VERY clear with Dr. Pontell that I was there and going forward with the mini lift all to address the loose crepey skin on my neck. When he was doing the procedure I literally felt him tighten one side and the other side I did not feel the same tightening feeling. Sure enough 1 to 2 months afterwards I started seeing the loose crepey skin. By February I was almost back to where I started before the lift. I called him and told him I wasn't satisfied he told me he could do Ultherapy ( for free). It did not work. So now I have scars and the same loose skin as well as being out $9400. I don't usually write reviews but I want to make certain no one else makes the same mistake of choosing Dr. Pontell to do a neck lift.

We would love to speak with any patient who has these kinds of concerns, however, we are unable to identify who this might be by the comment and username.
