Horrible Experience

Terrible. Dr. Nygaard performed a neck lift and did not go under the skin deep enough. The skin under my chin became infected and the skin died, which is necrosis. I’m left with deep red scars on the left side of my neck and chin. She never admitted fault and would not tell me what happened. I went back weekly for almost three months for post op appointments, she paid for me to have scar reduction massage, and she offered to do scar revision in her office. I did not make an appointment for that. She passed away before anything can be resolved.
I spent about $11,000 and have an asymmetrical face with dents on one side and the deep red scars.
