Underpromised and over-delivered - such great results already

Ok so I’m only 3 weeks post op but figured I should write a review of my experience and be as honest as possible. First off, Dr. Lee underpromised and over-delivered. I can see such great results already. He has an art degree which I appreciated for placement of scars etc. He has been attentive whenever I’ve needed him throughout healing process. The cons which I almost took a star or two off but I don’t want to discount his skills, are the office staff. I’m only 39 and getting a neck lift is a huge deal for me and expensive too. I went through the process of asking quite a few questions and finagling quotes to see what would be the best package for me. In that process, I apparently annoyed the nurse and Gina because the tone did not feel welcoming or warm after that point. I’m disappointed that knowing how nervous I was, neither of them cared to check up on me or even follow up with me since surgery three weeks ago (unless I called in with a question) and never saw any of them on day of surgery. I ended up going with the highest package deal so seems like their time spent with me worked out and spending 18k is a nice chunk of change. For that price I suppose I expected more warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care/concern. All this to say, I still want a couple more things done but I’m hesitant to use this office based on feeling as if I’m an annoyance. Dr. Lee has surpassed my expectations and so far things are looking great (will update my review as healing goes on)

I’m almost 3 months post op and have recovered well. Still have lots of numbness. That can take a year to resolve I’ve heard. Scars look ok so far Fat transfers have died off mostly so that part is disappointing but I have a tiny bit left. I guess fillers and lasers are my next step to combat fine lines and age spots on skin
