I Finally Feel Like the Outside Matches the Inside

I traveled from California to Istanbul for surgery with Dr. Ali, and after going through the full experience myself, I can honestly say I understand why people travel internationally to see him.
I underwent a deep plane lower facelift/neck lift with neck liposuction, along with arm and inner thigh liposuction. My mother also had surgery with him during the same trip. From the very beginning, Dr. Ali was warm, confident, realistic, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to explain anatomy, healing, and expectations in a way that made me feel informed rather than pressured.
One thing I appreciated most was that he understood my goal immediately: I did not want to look “done.” I wanted to look like myself, just more refined and refreshed. He achieved exactly that.
Even early in recovery, I could already see the improvement in my jawline and neck contour, while still looking completely natural. The care team and nurses were also wonderful throughout the process, especially during the first difficult post-op days. Recovery is emotional and vulnerable, and I always felt supported.
The Acibadem hospital experience was outstanding, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, technology, and overall coordination of care.
I am still healing, but already incredibly happy with my decision. If you are considering facial surgery and are looking for a surgeon who prioritizes natural, elegant results while still delivering meaningful improvement, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ali.
