Fantastic Experience

I had a brilliant experience with Mr Marando, he is so professional, caring and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed in any of our consultations before I made the decision to go ahead with the surgery.
The result already is amazing even though I only had the neck lift procedure 6 days ago, I have never been in any significant pain and bruising is hardly noticeable!
Everything from start to finish has been an enjoyable experience. The clinic is beautiful and very calming. The staff are exceptional, all making you feel very welcome and special.
Before the procedure Mr Marando and his anaesthetist put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Nyasha was superb looking after me during the day, along with Sean and Tracy. Overnight Michelle was excellent too. Serena was on leave but when I returned to clinic 6 days later to have my stitches removed Serena looked after me and as always is so lovely.
A huge thank you to Mr Marando and his team, I am absolutely delighted with the outcome!
