Failed Procedure and No Attempt to Help

I had what was supposed to be a deep plane neck lift and a facelift, along with a fat graft to my chin. None of it worked, and unfortunately I'm in a worse position now than before the operation. The pictures speak a thousand words.

The operation was excruciatingly painful, and I now have visible scarring, numbness, and a pixie ear, without any improvement whatsoever to my profile.

After the initial post-surgery review, there was no long term follow up, either by Mr Goodwin or his office, despite me expressing concern that the procedure hadn't worked. In fact I felt that I was viewed as a nuisance - even the body language changed.

It's all fine if you happen to be one of the lucky ones who has successful surgery, but if it is goes wrong, don't expect any attempt to support you.
