Having this surgery to address platysma bands, sagging neck and jaws.
I did lots of research and I went to many plastic surgeons before I finally decided to put my faith in Dr Leonard Harris.
From the estimates I had from other doctors, his estimate came a little bit more expensive but I truly hope it's because he follows all steps for perfection .
My surgery will be in 6 days.
I'm posting pictures. I actually didn't think I looked that bad until I took these pictures!

I had my platysma crossed 5 yrs ago, now they are still ok, but the skin is now loose. going to do the neck and lower facelift together. You go, girl!

Hi, Everyone! I am thinking about getting a neck lift too. My question for those who have done it: After all healing has taken place, how do you feel? My history: Six years ago I had extensive surgery after breast cancer (bilateral mastectomy with latissimus flap reconstruction). I still have pain, tightness, scars hurt, etc. Is this something you have to live with as well after a neck lift? I want to be sure I am clear on expectations! With the breast cancer surgeries, I had zero experience and didn't even know what questions to ask! Such is life...I am still grateful for the reconstruction as I look restored even if I have residual issues. Thanks for sharing!

I’m getting anxiety mixed with happy feelings!
I hope I won’t regret this step I’m making. I can’t stand these 2 cords of my neck (platysma bands) and I noticed that very slightly the skin of my jaws and neck start to pull too with some movement, not to say when I also look down!
It’s really sad to see these changes when I was gorgeous! I’m very picky and I want perfection

Do platysma bands comeback ?

I’ve been reading reviews and most people say that the platysma bands return, especially one, on one side. That ruined my sleep! Taking more picture before.
It’s only 2 days before my surgery and now I’m confused! I just don’t want to waist time, energy and money to find out it wasn’t worth it! This is not cheap, I hope it will be worth!
