Dr Karam is the best!

Dr Karam is amazing! I’m so glad that I chose him for my procedure. I struggled with the decision of having cosmetic surgery as I am in my early 40’s and thought that maybe I was too young to have something like this done. Even though I was not liking the changes I was seeing in my face when I looked in the mirror I thought maybe I should hold out at least until
I turn 50. I had been looking at the before and after photos on Dr Karam’s web site for several years. After seeing a colleague that had a face lift by Dr Karam last year and looked absolutely amazing I finally broke down and scheduled a consultation. I ended up meeting with Dr Karam twice and each time he answered all of my questions. He was very generous with his time and was patient as I expressed my fears and concerns. He helped me understand that having this type of procedure at my age would actually slow down the aging process. Ultimately I decided to go for it. Why hold out until I am 50 when I could make this change now and enjoy my 40’s looking as young as I feel inside? I’m so happy that I went through with what he recommended. I had a lower face with extended neck lift as well as a full face fat transfer. I am five weeks out from my surgery and my results so far are incredible. I look younger but I still look like me. The results are natural and subtle yet addressed all of my concerns.
Dr Karam’s staff are also really great. They are professional and caring. Chris and Catherine were so supportive and helpful at my post op appointments and each time I have visited the office they have made me feel special and cared for. Dr Karam and his staff are the best! I’m so excited with my results and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for phenomenal results without looking like you’ve had work done.
