Incredibly happy with my results. Dr Harley is an incredible Dr, talented and compassionate. His technique is superb, face and neck lift with local anesthetic and a mild sedative. Will post more pictures from day of surgery and progress.

I have been following Dr Harley's work for a couple of years now. A friend of mine had a face lift with him and her results were a outstanding. Had a phone consultation with Dr Harley and his team booked me to have surgery the following week (May 28, 2020). His bedside manner, his talent and his genuine care is by far, the best I have ever seen.
He performed a Biltmore Lift - neck and lower face under local anesthetic. I am still recovering (4 days out) and cannot wait to see my final results. He is the best!

How is the recovery going can you speak to pain swelling bruising ? Thanks
i've been following Dr. Harley for a while now. He used to charge $6400 for the facelift. Did his price went up or you had something else done?
Yes, there have been price increases. I have only been following Dr. Harley for a year but saw about a $1000 increase during that time. My procedure was in February and I believe the price has gone up again since then. I paid $7900 for the Biltmore Lift. Also factor in the cost of a caregiver for 24-28 hours and any travel expenses if you are not local.
How much is the cost of a caregiver for 24 - 48 hours? Who did you use?
I used a caregiver from Dr. Harley’s office, Molena Poplin. She charged me $18/hr. I think she came at 5:45 AM to pick me up on the day of surgery and stayed with me until after my follow up appt on day 2. I think I gave her about $550 — maybe a bit more.
