Consultation Wasted My Time and Money

I never imagined I’d have to write a review like this after being a patient here for over 10 years. My paid cosmetic consultation with Dr. Moy lasted under five minutes, and while he gave me his email for questions, he never responded. If I had learned anything from the consultation or had my questions addressed, I would have gladly paid for it. But I didn’t — it felt like a scam to collect a fee without providing any real service. I still decided to move forward with surgery because of Dr. Moy's reputation, but he passed away unexpectedly.

The office offered surgery with another doctor, which I declined, and now refuses to refund the consultation fee, despite my long-standing loyalty and multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The dismissive attitude and lack of communication, combined with terrible bedside manners from doctors and staff (well documented in other reviews), makes this extremely frustrating. Patients deserve respect, honesty, and real value for paid consultations — sadly, that was not my experience.
