WORTH IT
I am now 6 months into the healing process. I’m still having some numbness on the side of my face close to my ears but can tell it’s slowly fading. All scars have pretty much healed. I am still a little tender behind my ears but they are healed by all indications. I am still happy with my overall progress.

He is absolutely amazing. You have the neck of a 25 year old, seriously! You look great. I just can't get over how little bruising his patients get. I'm 57 almost 58 and boy I wasn't concerned at all until I hit my 50's and then it seemed everything on your face goes South. At 52 I stated researching and looked at this site intensely for about 2 years. I made up my mind I'm giving myself a gift at 60 to get it done by Dr Harley . I haven't really looked at the site now for about 3 years until today. My opinion hasn't changed at all. I'm in the Harley camp and hope I get as wonderful results as you. :)
Hi, I am loving your results; could you please tell me how much it was. I would love to go with him and am trying to get an idea of how much I would need to save or just put it on care credit. Thank you so much for your responce
The prices change depending on the rising cost of supplies. The best thing to do would be to call the office and check. They will tell you the exact price they are charging currently.
I am 3 weeks post op and noticed you mentioned healing by your ears a few times. I had some drainage that started over a week ago and also it seems my lobe started to separate. What were your concerns with your ears and what was the course correction?
Hi! The healing behind my ears was slow. It was red and wasn’t really draining but there was a little pus. I just continued to gently wash with hibi soap and every other day I dabbed some peroxide on them. I didn’t have any problems with the earlobes themselves. If you have serious concerns I would definitely reach out to Dr. Harley and let him know. I hope this helps.

Six Weeks Post Surgery

So my ears are now completely healed. That was my biggest concern but Dr. Harley didn’t seem to be concerned and now I see that I shouldn’t have been either! Temple area still has minor swelling but definitely not noticeable unless you re looking for it. I still have numbness on the side of my face but as the days go by I’m getting more feeling. That pesky bruise on my cheek is still hanging around but now only about the size of a dime. I’m still very pleased with my results and would definitely do it all over!

You look great! I had my in-office procedure scheduled November 4th. I was ready; drugged, prepped and numbed. Unfortunately my blood pressure was elevated and wouldn't budge. My blood pressure is always normal and I didn't feel nervous. The doctor recommended the surgery be halted and reschedule at the surgery center under twilight general anesthesia. I am scheduled for November 19th. I hope mine looks like yours.
Awe, I'm sorry you weren't able to go through with your procedure but definitely better to take all safety precautions! Less than a week to go though! Best of luck and hope all goes well!!
Hello Lisa ! Did you have our surgery? I hope all went well!
Hello -your results look amazing... is the biltmore lift a known lift amongst Plastic Surgeons. Just curious as I live in Canada. Your scars look fabulous!!!
Hi! This lift is basically a lower neck/face lift. It's only called "Biltmore" due to the location of the physician. Other physicians call it other names but in the end it's all the same.
Yes, I had my surgery. I posted some pictures but not the official before/after pictures. I will be sharing them in about a month. Not sure if you can find my post. I find navigating this website a bit cumbersome. I have not yet mastered navigating it. Regardless, surgery went well. I still have numbness, but it gets better every day.

One month!

So hard to believe a full month has already gone by! Healing is still taking place, especially around my ears which was my biggest concern in the beginning! Unfortunately that stubborn bruise under my right eye is still there but is now small enough that if I apply derma blend, it is unnoticeable! All in all, things are going great and I will up date again in month 2. If you are thinking about having this procedure, what are you waiting for?? Go for it!!

Your results are beautiful and natural! I can't get an appointment. I've called and emailed but I'm told they will let me know if there is a cancellation. Waiting is the worst part.
My consultation took about 6 months and then another 3 before my appointment. Dr. Harley is definitely worth the wait. I'd give it a little time and if you can get at least a consultation, no matter how far out, get it. Then if someone cancels you might be able to get in quicker but if not, at least you have an appointment!
I would give it time but they said they aren't booking any consultations until 2023. Hopefully I can find another doctor who can do what Dr. Harley did for you. He is an artist.
Hi, I made an appointment in January of 2020 and the first available is April of 2022. There have been no cancellations so I would advice to just make an appointment even if its for a year later.
They aren't taking appointments
How is your temple swelling? And scars into your hairline behind your ears? Hard to believe we’re almost 6 wks out!
May i ask how much he charged?
