Amazing Surgeon

During Covid I gained weight which left me full & heavy in my neck. I tried various treatments, Facetite, threads & Morpheus 8. The Facetite helped reduce the fullness but this together with losing the weight left me with a lax saggy pouch hanging which was just as bad, if not worse. I hated it, I was so self conscious & at this point I knew only surgery would solve the problem.

Within minutes of meeting Miss Tzafetta I knew she was the surgeon for me. She put me at ease & explained everything to me. She was completely transparent & honest with what could be achieved & told me she expected a nice result that I would be happy with. She was aware that I was looking for a very natural result. I left the consultation knowing I wanted to go ahead & a date was arranged for me at Springfield Hospital. This was arranged by her secretary Barbara who was always very responsive & on hand with any questions, etc.

My surgery went well & I spent one night in the hospital all staff there were amazing. I experienced no pain just some discomfort. I had hardly any bruising, swelling day 3-5 was about as bad as it got, but of course I had been expecting this.

Photos included are at just 2 weeks & I am absolutely thrilled with my results. The before & afters speak for themselves. I mentioned at my consultation that my smile was wonky, on the morning of surgery Ms Tzafetta asked if I would like her to try and straighten it and as you can see she has again done an amazing job. My stitches have all been removed & scars are already minimal.

Miss Tzafetta has given me back my confidence & I will always be so grateful to her for this. Anyone considering surgery I would highly recommend her not only is she the most amazing surgeon but has such a kind, caring approach. Thank you so much.
