Neck/chin liposuction

WORTH IT$1,800
Well, so far so good. I have struggled with a double chin for the last 20 years, despite good weigh and health. I too the plunge and had liposuction and I am BLOWN AWAY by my results. I’m only 48 hours post op and I know I have some lumps bud bumps to massage it and swelling and bruising will become worse as I heal, but man oh man am I happy.
I will keep updating as the healing process continues ??

Feeling no to little pain and I am shocked at how little the bruising and swelling are. I have been diligent about making sure I am eating clean, low sodium food, lots of fluids. Sleeping with head elevated. I am walking around the house and not staying too still or sitting for too long.
The overall feeling is bizarre. I am numb and super sensitive in areas and it feels awful strange without the wrap on. I don’t like the wrap off for long. I shower and right now i it goes.
Starting to see some lines and bumps which is totally normal from what I hear so I am allowing my body the space to heal and I am feeling overjoyed that I made this decision and pushed thru my fear.
More photos to follow later today.

thank you for sharing what you’re going through. I had the same procedure on the 16th so it’s helpful to see. I plan on posting my experience too!

Hi Whitneyswhat .... thanks for commenting. It’s nice to hear from someone who is going through this too. How are you feeling? I am going to

I feel fine!! I am just super bruised (i expected it, I’m a bruiser) and really want the swelling to go down. On the day after the results looked so good and now the swelling is hiding it I hope! How about you?

I feel ok, not painful, just sensitive. Mild bruising which I’m shocked bc I also am a bruiser. Def more swelling today than ever... I feel so weird without my compression garment on... so I don’t take it off at all unless showering. Im trying not to eat too much salt and sleep elevated so the swelling isn’t too much. I have to keep saying to myself ‘relax this is gonna be a healing process’.... my mind is all over the place haha. All in all tho I am still so happy I did it.... I keep visioning the end result as the result I saw in the drs office day after surgery, so I totally relate to the day after being great in terms of thinness and look.... I keep focusing on that and the picture I took in the dr office . I read that swelling is proof of healing, so I would say we are right on track.

Wow! What a difference between your before and after photos. How many incisions did your surgeon make?
May 19, 2018
Hi there. Thanks for commenting. I am so so so happy so far with my results. My surgeon did one tiny incision under my chin. I’m still shocked he was able to do what he did with one incision. I literally can’t thank this man enough. His hands are magic and technique is flawless. Are you considering getting this done?

I had it done on May 8th here in South Florida. I’m seeing more definition in my jawline and it’s a little better under my chin. There was not a lot of fat removed. I wish I had more dramatic results. I wanted a neck lift too but doctor didn’t think it was necessary.

I know Everybody is different and everyone’s healing process is unique as their own thumbprint. So I am wishing you a speedy recovery and fantastic results that exceed your expectations, and if you don’t get them perhaps your doctor would offer you a revision through a neck lift for more dramatic results that you were hoping for. Please keep me posted. Happy healing.

I had it done on 5/23 in South Florida, doctor also thought neck lift wasn't necessary... yet... but I'm 48! Hoping (and panicking a little) I'll see fast results.

I'm 7 days post op chin lipo now, this is the stage I'm at and I'm freaking out about the skin rippling - thinking I should have gotten a neck lift! But thanks to your thorough posts, I have faith! Thank you for giving me hope and helping me not to panic. :)

Aww!!!! I’m so happy to know it’s helping someone... all I wanted was to find post that had detailed information and pictures and I couldn’t find any so I figured I would create them for somebody going forward. You are so welcome. And please know your comments are helping me too because it’s also giving me a reference point and a connection so it’s giving me hope and relieving my anxieties as well.

Thanks for making me smile!!! :) I watched videos on YouTube and most of the women who post their experience, had 3 incisions, so I'm like "Oh no, at my age, he should have done 3 incisions, or I should have had a neck lift done!" I keep reading that you see results first day of surgery and then at 6 months!!! Anyway - I've stopped watching YouTube videos regarding surgery. And I'm learning to have patience.
