Progress Update - 8 wks post op
Hello all! I'm 8 weeks post op now. I feel as though I'm fully back to 100%. I can sleep on my stomach now (although this isn't my preferred sleeping method, but I can't lay on hard surfaces. My breast are soft but they can't be squeezed or pushed in. I believe I've lost some volume but that as expected. I've been smoking occasionally for about a month (no cigs though) so I'm praying that doesn't impact my growth. Overall, my breast feel full and "fatter". I am wearing a size 36C, however, I can still fit some of my 36B cups.
As for my lipo areas - I am no longer numb and the soreness is gone. I still have lumps that develop from time to time but consistent massaging helps with that. I did two thermal accent treatments post-surgery and I believe that helped as well. One thing I'd like to mention is be mindful of your weight after the procedure. The doctor told me to eat a fatty diet so my body doesn't "attack" the fat tissue that was transferred. Well, I did that and I got my stomach back. Smh. So I've been slowly working healthier foods into my diet. I still wear my waist garment during the day as well.
Incisions/scars - I am using Bio-oil (during the day) and Shea Butter (during the night) to treat my incisions. I see them daily so I don't see much progress but like any scar, healing can take time.
I'm be sure to check back in and updated you all later. Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks :)

6 Weeks Post Op :)
I must say, I'm glad to be at this point. Everything is coming along well. My size has definitely went down but that was expected. I still have some lumps in my abdomen but I do massages daily and I can't definitely tell that helps. There's some slight pain in my lipo area but I care bare it. My mid-stomach is still numb (I heard this will take awhile to go away). My scars - well I wish they were completely gone but I use BioOil and Shea Butter on them and it's helping. Well the breast - although they have went down, I can still see an increase in size. I can officially lay on my stomach and it not bother me - BUT I don't do this because I want to maximize my results lol. They are soft and I don't feel any lumps. I'm not quite comfortable for some reason in a regular bra so I've been wearing supportive sports bras instead. I'm also wearing a waist trainer and the sports bra helps with shaping my back area as well. One thing I've noticed, if you don't watch what you eat, you will surely gain the stomach back. My surgeon told me to maintain a fatty diet for 6 months (not gain, just maintain) so I don't loose fat tissue in my breast. I would really prefer to hit the gym hard and loose 10 pounds but I'm being good. I am able to do crunches and sit-ups now without pain. I also drink plenty of water because I read that it helps create a strong blood supply for the fat cells to attach onto (or something like that). Either way, I'm drinking about a half gallon per day. I was told (and I read online) that the fat cells in my breast would go away and come back so I'm looking forward to that part.
I would definitely do the procedure again if necessary. Dr. Hamel did a great job :)

One week post op
Well everyone! I'm one week post op - well actually 10 days post op. The stomach is still numb and there's still some pain in my abdomin, flanks and back. It's not really bad pain (on a scale of 1-10, the pain is a 2/3). So Motrin does help but it's not really necessary. I went to the gym today (I know, I know but I missed working out lol). My PCP told me to workout gradually and stop immediately if I felt pain. And guess what - it wasn't bad. The only thing really bothering me is the numbing. It feels soooo weird. I think there's still a little fluid left because when I sit down, there a firm pouch at the bottom of my stomach. I'm including updated pictures also. I did one thermal accent treatment the day after surgery. I was recommended to come back but I'm waiting on the pain to subside. So far so good though.
Provider Review
Dr. John Hamel
I love Dr. Hamel. He prayed with me prior to the surgery. During the surgery, I kept talking to me and making jokes to take my mind off the procedure. When things got painful, he stopped to give me a chance to take a breather. His still was great and caring as well. They sent me home with everything I needed. I even has Dr Hamel's cell phone and was able to call with questions/concerns (which I did). I was surprised when the next morning, I received a text from him asking if I was feeling better.
