So, "Swell Hell" is a real thing! I took this picture in the evening after a long day. You can definitely see the swelling, but I'll take the tree trunk legs an the swollen belly over that ugly FUPA any day!!!
I feel like my recovery has been nothing but smooth! I was off all narcotics on day 4 and just taking Tylenol from that point on. I attended my son's baseball game on day 6 post surgery and went to a 4th of July parade. I have been up and moving a lot and I think this has helped with my recovery.
I had 4 drains placed during surgery. Two were removed at one week and I still have the other two. While they can be a little annoying, I'm happy to have them removing the fluid and I have gotten pretty good at hiding them!
Also, I'm massaging my breasts multiple times a day working on them to drop into place. They re sitting really high and I'm still happy. Dr. Neaman recommended a lift. I decided against it, knowing that I can decide to have it done in a year if I'm it happy. So far, I'm a very happy mama!

Update on Surgery
On June 26th I had a circumferential tummy tuck with auto aug into my buttocks. I also had lipo and a breast augmentation. Dr. Neaman is a master at his craft. I could not be more pleased. So far he has exceeded all of my expectations. He is such a kind and caring man who is very honest with expectations. The "Neam Team" has been so accommodating by answering any and all questions I have had. I know many of my questions were probably silly, but I was always treated with kindness and understanding. Responses to my text messages over the Holiday weekend were lightning fast and put my mind t ease.
I begged Dr. Neaman to take pictures of my new body while I was still on the operating table so that I could see my transformation before the swelling really set in. I'm so thankful for him for doing so. I think the transformation speaks for itself. I'm a very very happy patient!
