Natural Septorhinoplasty Result — Huge Difference Without Looking Overdone
WORTH IT$11,000
I had a septorhinoplasty at Aesthetic Surgery Center and I’m really happy I went through with it.
My nose was already a little crooked, but after I broke it, it left me with a bump and made everything more noticeable. My breathing also got worse from a deviated septum, so it wasn’t just cosmetic—I felt it all the time.
I waited a long time because I didn’t want a result that looked obvious or overdone. That was my biggest concern. After researching and seeing their results, I felt like they really prioritize natural outcomes, which is what I wanted.
The consultation felt straightforward and honest. Nothing felt rushed or salesy, which made a big difference.
Recovery:
The first week was more uncomfortable than painful—mostly congestion and pressure. Once the splint came off, I could already see a big improvement, even with swelling.
By about a month, I felt totally comfortable being out and about. After that, it just kept getting better.
Breathing:
This alone made it worth it. I can actually breathe clearly now, especially at night.
Results:
My nose is straight, the bump is gone, and it finally fits my face. It looks natural, which was the goal.
No one has asked if I had surgery. They just say I look really good and can’t quite tell why.
Cost / Value:
For the Bay Area, the pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the result. That was something I definitely noticed when comparing options.
Overall experience:
The office is well run and the staff is genuinely kind and responsive. Everything felt organized and low-stress.
Before vs After:
Before, I was always aware of my nose. Now I don’t think about it at all.
Was it worth it?
Yes—100%.
If you’ve been considering it and want something natural that still makes a real difference, this is a great place to go.
