I spent more than 1 year looking for the right surgeon and looked numerous before & after pictures. I have noticed most of the surgeons (at least on west coast) push for bigger implants and the results aren't naturally, at least not to my aesthetics. Dr.G is the only one I found that achieves balance between appearance enhancement and looking natural. I was sold looking at his before and after pictures. I flew from Boston to Miami and stayed there for a week. If I could find other surgeon on west coast that does a similar job I wouldn't take the hassle to Miami. And I'm glad I chose Dr.G. The consultation happened the morning of my surgery day - it was short yet efficient. I showed him my dream pictures and he picked some implants for me to try. We settled on 310cc on the right and 295cc on the left, and both implants are moderate plus. I have very low pain tolerance so I would say the first 3 days post op was a struggle, but after that the discomfort was mild. I was pleased to find out that post op day 1 my boobs look similar to other post op day 10 pics and now I'm post op day 10 and my boobs already look pretty natural. I can't wait for them to settle more for the days to come!

Post op pictures from day 1 to day 10.
I had lot swelling around my belly post op and that's the only thing i didn't expect. I almost felt pregnant lol. Thankfully it started to go away since day 5.
Already love my results. my Dr said size wise they won't change much and honestly since day 8 the size hasn't changed much but it looks more natural cause the swelling in the middle of my chest and around my collarbone has gone down.

Did your doctor insert the implants through your areola? I saw your tape/bandages around just the bottom part of your areola. I would love to find someone to do that for me & resize them at the same time!

Yes, and the scar is almost invisible now. I think Dr.G does areola resizing during breast augmentation - I remember seeing some cases on his website.

Hi hope you see this! I just got 310cc as well. I was a 32a and hoping for a C cup now. If you don’t mind me asking. What we’re u before surgery and where are you now with bra size? They look amazing!
