I am in the military and with that comes the pt test which includes sit-ups. I was having a horrible time with sit-ups and come to find out way after the fact I had Distasis Recti after 9 months of physical therapy I decided to fix it medically just so I could get back to sit-ups. Looking better is nice to but that wasn't my main goal. Happy with my results so far only 2 weeks plus 3 days post op

3 weeks post op

Scars are looking great. My belly button dead skin is falling off so hopefully I'll get to see it soon. Only thing I hate is not being able to do some kinda exercise beside some light walking. Had lipo done on my lovehandles and back and I feel like there making a come back. I think it's time to start dieting

1 month post op.

Before and 1 month later pics

6 weeks post op

So I'm still swollen in the front and the lipo I had in the back is maybe going away I'm not to sure. I don't see my doc for another few weeks. I'm not using my binder anymore that stopped yesterday but I do feel like I still need something to help with the swelling not sure what would be good to use

7 wks post op.

So within the last few days. I've had a lot of pain in the upper area of my abdomen ended up having an x Ray but no results waiting for my pa to get back to me but she wanted me to see my surgeon a little sooner just Incase it was something important. After that I had a very lrg bowel movement. Still in pain in the same area but not as bad. Im starting to see a difference in my belly and I'm not sure what to think about it. My belly used to be very flat and I could see all the way down straight to my vaginal area now within the last few days it's been getting bigger. I'm not sure if it's something I've done on accident or what but hoping for some answers in a few days from the doc.

Check up

So everything is going great I'm working on a new diet. I'm slowly getting into a new exercise regiment. Just waiting on the last little bit of swelling to go away.

8 wk post op

So it's been 8 weeks and 1 day since my surgery. I have attempted to do a few sit-ups and it's still tough but in a strange way like I have to get used to trying to use my new abs because I used to use my legs only so it's a learning process. Started working out at the gym again to my booty and thighs in check lol. I love my doc he did a great job

I don't even know how many weeks it's been lol

So I haven't updated in a bit or put new pics up. My areas where I got lipo and the drain area still hurt. Hurts mostly when trying to run or jog. Scars are doing great and getting smaller and less noticeable. The ones on the sides are the smallest so far slowly but surely making its way around.

12 weeks post op the 22nd

I'll be 12 weeks post op on Friday the 22nd. I'll do a close up of how the scars are healing then.

3 months 1 day since surgery

The pics were taken on July 30th. Scars are almost non existent in some spots and very thin. I'm extremely happy with everything. Only thing is still bothersom is the site were the drain tube was placed it still hurts to touch it or when jogging

Been a while

So I know it's been a minute since I posted last on here. I just had a small scar revision. On an area that I was hoping would stay flat with the tummy tuck and pulling the skin together. But it didn't and mind you I've had these scars since a few weeks after birth. Healing wonderful still and scars are becoming lighter and softer to the touch.

Another one

So I know I just updated yesterday but my tape didn't stay on long so I got a few new pics
