I am in the military and with that comes the pt test which includes sit-ups. I was having a horrible time with sit-ups and come to find out way after the fact I had Distasis Recti after 9 months of physical therapy I decided to fix it medically just so I could get back to sit-ups. Looking better is nice to but that wasn't my main goal. Happy with my results so far only 2 weeks plus 3 days post op

Scars are looking great. My belly button dead skin is falling off so hopefully I'll get to see it soon. Only thing I hate is not being able to do some kinda exercise beside some light walking. Had lipo done on my lovehandles and back and I feel like there making a come back. I think it's time to start dieting
Goodness your poor tummy has been through so much! When did you have the reversal surgery?
