Extremely Unhappy with my Breasr Augmentation Results

I like his staff , implants are the size I wanted and surgery went smoothly but I’m extremely unstatisfied with my results and Dr. Marvels response.
My boobs are bigger and look great in a bra but they are noticeably different sizes and I have an extreme lazy eyed nipple. My left boob looks terrible. I’m so embarrassed and selfconcious about it. I wanted a boob job so I could go braless and feel confident in a bikini and now I’m just as self conscious as I was before.
I posted the progress photos from before, after, during recovery and today so you can see that my left boob hasn’t been right since the beginning. I thought my left breast was just the late bloomer and was taking time to drop properly but it’s just completely messed up.
*** I would like to note that I wasn’t made aware that there was going to be a doctor in training in on my surgery until I was already drugged up and about to go into surgery. I’m wondering if this has anything to do with my results. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Dr in training did my left breast. ***
When I went back to Dr.marvel two weeks ago to express my concerns he simply said “that’s just how you are made” and didn’t take any responsibility for my results. He said my boobs look “natural” but I didn’t ask for natural uneven looking boobs.
In my consultation he said I was a perfect canidate for a boob job and that my boobs were even. This time he pointed out that my left nipple and boob were slightly off before hand and making them bigger made it look even worse. I trusted he knew what he was doing but it’s obvious now he just doesn’t care or he just rushes through clients and doesn’t pay any mind to small details that can make a big impact on a clients results.
I will be getting my boobs redone by someone else next year. I’m extremely upset that I did not get what I paid and asked for. I would not recommend Dr. Marvel to anyone wanting a breast augmentation.

My left boob is still not right. I’m so upset with my results and will have to get them redone.
I don’t know what else to say at this point. It’s completely obvious they are uneven. I did everything right before and after recovery and don’t think it’s because “it’s just the way I’m made” .

I think your breasts look amazing. Don’t be so hard on yourself. They look natural & very perky!

I see what you mean in terms of asymmetry, but such a small proportion of us have true “symmetry” to start with, and striving for perfection is exhausting because it’s just not possible. Most asymmetries are going to persist after a BA and will only be more noticeable as we’re larger. I still think you have lovely results. They are a gorgeous shape and fit your body so well. BUT if your main worry is that your right breast didn’t drop properly, that’s another story. If you decide to do another surgery, I would just keep your expectations realistic and consider the value vs time, cost, potential complications etc to make sure it’s worth it to you. It really sucks to be unhappy after all this, so I get you, and if a revision will make you happy, then go for it! Life is too short. X
