I have wanted a BA since I was in middle school, my weight has fluctuated so much over the years. I finally have been feeling healthy and happy with my body being in the gym for over a year now, the only thing that's gradually been getting worse are my poor breasts. I'm a 34 B now. Hoping to be a full D or DD. I have my surgery booked the day after Valentine's Day feb.15/17, I've chosen 445 natrelle silicone implants under the muscle. I'm 5"7 and 140 lbs. Looking for more girls with similar stats who are going roughly the same size thanks in advance.

hii here are some tips, you will be constipated make sure you take stool softer and have prunes or laxatives, i bought large size gauze and kept one on each breast everytime i showered i put a new one in my bra to keep sanitary. i slept elevated on a few pillows for a long time it made me feel comfortable. the first three days are painful but after that its fine( pain meds help). try to do all your laundry and cleaning before so you can just relax. and as soon as you can start using silicone tape and sheets for your scars to prevent raised keloid. i have been using them for 3 months and my scars are minimal some parts doesnt even look like i had a scar( i did the anchor lift). good luck on your surgery i hope everything goes well and i think you will look great!!! :)

Great call on the stool softeners, gauze and the silicone tape never would've thought of that! I heard coconut/bio oil work wonders too! How long till you can bath or shower after? And thank you I hope they turn out how I hope!! :)

Good luck on your surgery!! I would say take stool softeners because the pain meds will definitely cause constipation and bloating. Drink lots of water. My surgeon said to use a heating pad after surgery, but I would only suggest that if your surgeon says so.
Definitely plan to take it easy and rest a lot! The pain is nothing your can't handle, it hurts but it's tolerable. In my experience, it's more of an achy soreness. I hope everything goes well for you, can't wait to see your reaults.
