I have wanted a BA since I was in middle school, my weight has fluctuated so much over the years. I finally have been feeling healthy and happy with my body being in the gym for over a year now, the only thing that's gradually been getting worse are my poor breasts. I'm a 34 B now. Hoping to be a full D or DD. I have my surgery booked the day after Valentine's Day feb.15/17, I've chosen 445 natrelle silicone implants under the muscle. I'm 5"7 and 140 lbs. Looking for more girls with similar stats who are going roughly the same size thanks in advance.

That's what I've heard from everyone who's had a BA that they wish they went bigger! I don't want to be too big to the point where I have to get custom bras made and can still shop at la zensa and Victoria's Secret! How are you feeling on day five? Did you do under the muscle? Thanks for the reply :)

I had to chime in as an exception! I lost 60+ pounds and my breasts never recovered either. I was 34A at best. I had my surgery 12/20/16. I am 5'6" and 127#. I went with 300 implants and a lift. I didn't want to go bigger, just regain what I had originally, which was a 34B. So it's been 6 weeks and I am pretty sure I'm going to be a large C or a small D. I'm okay with the size I am/will be. My PS told me usually patients err on the side of larger. I was concerned going one level up would make my surgery too noticeable and odd for me as I've never been large in the chest. My point is I tried the 300 and larger ones, and for me the step up was just a bit too much. You have some time to play around with sizers to make sure you're really sure. Good luck!

I had my first consult in Victoria and the surgeon had the 3D machine, I went in there thinking I wanted 500 CC and he gave me a reality check that I already have natural CCs and I would be way too big if I did that! So we looked at 445 and 485 and the difference between them was insane!! Definitely felt like the 445 was my best bet he said I can still dress them down or up!! Hoping they look as good (or actually better) as they did on the 3D machine!! I ended up going with a surgeon closer to home who didn't have the 3D machine so I already knew the size I was going for before I went in there, and he also agreed it was a good implant for me! Thanks for the reply :) Would love some advice on the healing process any tips!?

I did under muscle. It's really not that bad at all. You can't use your arms at all. Sit up with pillows and take the pain meds for a couple days....by day 3-5 you won't need them anymore. Wear zip ups for a couple days as well. 445 sound good. I lost skin with my lift so I was probably a B ....wish I went 315cc so your size should be perfect . I wouldn't go larger with your frame.

Yeah that's what I've heard your upper body strength is never really the same again after! Zip up bras or shirts or both? I'm having a crescent lift on my left side for sure not sure about right yet, my skin is fairly stretchy so hoping it's not too bad!! Thanks for your help love being able to chat with other ladies about this!!

You are absolutely beautiful. This is my first time to respond to anyone on this site but it has been so beneficial for me I felt I needed to respond to you. I am 47, mother of one, gained and lost all my life. I'm same size as you. 67" and 140 pounds. Congrats on taking this step early in life. I wish I had. But the reason I'm responding is to say that I was so worried about maintaining a natural look. I didn't want people to know. My girlfriends accompanied me to the "sizing" appointments and when I left I told my surgeon no more than 400cc's. He had told me originally I could carry 450cc's but I thought he was crazy. In the end I told him to decide while in surgery. I woke up with 450cc smooth round HP under the muscle. My emotions were mixed. I'm 2 months post op and I couldn't be happier. My results are very similar to your first wish boob pic. I'd send you pictures but I don't know how on this site. If you'd like to see some let me know how to get them to you and I'd be happy to send my weekly progress. One thing I can say is that the sizers are deceiving. Don't forget when you look at those and your 3D images you're viewing an instantaneous change. Anyone would say holy cow that's huge. But they grow in you. Literally.

Thanks so much for the reply!! I would love to see pictures that's almost the exact size I want to go too also HP under the muscle! So you are happy with them? I just hope they look good on me and not too over the top!! I'm not sure how to send pictures on here but you can post on your blog!

I'm contacting an admin on this site to help me send you pictures. I hope I can very soon. I don't have a blog nor would I know how to use it if I did. I'm sure my teenager could show me but let me try an old fashioned cry for help first.

hii here are some tips, you will be constipated make sure you take stool softer and have prunes or laxatives, i bought large size gauze and kept one on each breast everytime i showered i put a new one in my bra to keep sanitary. i slept elevated on a few pillows for a long time it made me feel comfortable. the first three days are painful but after that its fine( pain meds help). try to do all your laundry and cleaning before so you can just relax. and as soon as you can start using silicone tape and sheets for your scars to prevent raised keloid. i have been using them for 3 months and my scars are minimal some parts doesnt even look like i had a scar( i did the anchor lift). good luck on your surgery i hope everything goes well and i think you will look great!!! :)

Great call on the stool softeners, gauze and the silicone tape never would've thought of that! I heard coconut/bio oil work wonders too! How long till you can bath or shower after? And thank you I hope they turn out how I hope!! :)

Good luck on your surgery!! I would say take stool softeners because the pain meds will definitely cause constipation and bloating. Drink lots of water. My surgeon said to use a heating pad after surgery, but I would only suggest that if your surgeon says so.
Definitely plan to take it easy and rest a lot! The pain is nothing your can't handle, it hurts but it's tolerable. In my experience, it's more of an achy soreness. I hope everything goes well for you, can't wait to see your reaults.
