Dr. Barnsley and his staff are as amazing as I had been told they were! I was seen for an explant of 10 year old 600cc implants. The consultation was honest and thorough. He did not try to upsell me on procedures I did not need, but focused on my reason for attending, which I really appreciated. He provided options for local and general anesthesia which gave me different budget choices. By the end of the consultation, I felt confident in Dr. Barnsley's assessment and booked my procedure. I opted for explant under local anesthesia in office. I was amazed at how simple the procedure was. The office was clean, well prepared and I felt very comfortable in the care of Dr. Barnsley and his nurse during the procedure. They ensured I was pain free and well prepared for aftercare. I'm so glad I decided on local vs general anesthetic for my procedure. I was pleasantly surprised with my result! Knowing I had 600cc implants for 10 years and that I had chosen not to have a lift (aesthetic result was not important to me at all), I expected to look pretty saggy. I was amazed to see that even directly after surgery, before skin had had a chance to tighten up, it didn't look like I would have needed a lift anyways, as Dr. Barnsley had predicted. Score! Prior to my implant in 2015, I had tuberous shaped breasts. The lowering of my crease and releasing of tight bands that caused the tuberous look along with having the implants in place for so long seems to have resolved the tuberous shape, leaving me with a much more natural shape post explant! Another Score! I am very happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Barnsley and his team. Updated on 16 Mar 2025: I'm 3 weeks out and everything is going great! I'm back to all normal activities and have no issues with the incisions. My post op look is much better than my pre op, as the tuberous breast shape has been corrected by the implants :) Loving my more natural look and not having the weight on my chest anymore! Updated on 20 Aug 2025: Approx 6 months post op - I had zero complications during recovery and I love my natural looking results! My post explant look is way better than my pre-implant look, as I now have lower pole fullness as a result of the implant wear. I feel lighter and free with the weight of my old implants gone and can't imagine having a better result! My scars have faded right out even though I really didn't do the scar massage I was supposed to do beyond my checkup. Everything just feels normal and natural, no adhesions or anything that I have noticed. I'm really happy with the outcome!

I had 3 babies and lost 120lbs, so they're was an excessive amount of loose skin. Dr. Barnsley exceeded my expectations. I had worried about the belly button but he made it perfect! The pictures are taken in the first week so there is still a lot of swelling.

I met with Dr Barnsley for a Breast Lift consult and home and the his staff were kind, welcoming and professional. I knew I didn’t want implants and Dr Barnsley agreed that I had enough tissue that once lifted, implants were not necessary. I’m only 2 weeks post op and currently one breast has healed better than the other at this point which I know isn’t abnormal. Very minimal bruising, mostly in the one side that is still swollen. 10/10 would recommend Dr Barnsley.

I got in great shape: lost ALL extra baby weight and quite muscular; except a VERY FLABBY belly from bellybutton down to c-section scar. The belly hung over my underwear and I’d have to pick it up and tuck it into my jeans. So I called Dr Barnsley’s office and it’s literally been the best decision and outcome. I had guilt doing something like this at first and struggled with the idea of surgery. But now that it’s done, I could not be happier!!!

My experience with Dr Barnsley was awesome, so much so I would love to find other things to get surgery on just to keep going back !!! Their receptionist it super helpful, kind and very responsive. Dr Barnsley does amazing work. I am really happy with my results. I was on the fence about getting implants vs just a lift and after talking with Dr Barnsley he helped me decided it was just a lift I was really after .

I had breast augmentation surgery with dr Barnsley mar 29/17. I had a great experience with him and his receptionist A'liza. I found him laid back but confident, he answered all my questions and I had a lot. I ended up very sick from antibiotics and he quickly returned my text message for help on a Sunday. I have felt very looked after. So far I am enjoying my new addition, still softening and dropping but gets better everyday. I plan on seeing Dr Barnsley in the future for my Botox! I'd highly recommend him !

My experience with this surgeon was just as fantastic as the first one. After having breast reduction surgery a while prior, I decided that no amount of fitness or diet would remove the excess skin and other nonsense from my abdomen. Dr. Barnsley was brilliant. He made me feel confident in the whole procedure from consult to follow up. He was attentive, and never made me feel rushed. The recovery from this procedure was more significant than the breast reduction but he and his staff checked on my regularly to see how I was doing and when I needed a little help Dr. Barnsley had me to come to the private facility and saw me in the minimal time he had between surgeries. He has changed my life in ways he will never know. Because of him, I have confidence, and don't hide my body as much as I use to. He was just a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who was considering post baby procedures. This procedure itself is just so worth it beyond any words I can even describe. The recovery sucks, and drains TOTALLY suck but I would do it again if I had to. I think the idea of drains really messed with me more than they should have. The concept that they were "sewn" in made me feel squeamish and I know I was just being a weirdo. I didn't realize how much my abs were going to kill afterward.. like how much a person actually uses those muscles in every day life. The pain was medium but again, this procedure changed my life and I am so glad I went ahead with it.

My experience for breast reduction surgery with Dr. Barnsley changed my life. He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the initial consult, I felt comfortable and immediately at ease with what to take place. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was keeping him from anything. He is incredible at his work. I have heard this from many people who have had procedures done by him as well. He is basically an artist,he had the ability to take something that I was ashamed of, that gave me great discomfort and insecurity, and transform it into something that made me feel good about myself. He really is a skilled surgeon and I would do this procedure over a 100 times with him. I have recommended him to many people considering breast reduction surgery as he absolutely will change your life. Working with Dr. Barnsley was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I am still so glad and grateful that I did.

I have wanted a BA since I was in middle school, my weight has fluctuated so much over the years. I finally have been feeling healthy and happy with my body being in the gym for over a year now, the only thing that's gradually been getting worse are my poor breasts. I'm a 34 B now. Hoping to be a full D or DD. I have my surgery booked the day after Valentine's Day feb.15/17, I've chosen 445 natrelle silicone implants under the muscle. I'm 5"7 and 140 lbs. Looking for more girls with similar stats who are going roughly the same size thanks in advance. Had my pre op with the doctor and my stats are actually 5"8 and 135 lbs! Does anyone have any tips for post op care?things you wish you had!? Would love to hear about your experience with BA. Picked up my prescription for my pills yesterday and am slowly getting everything organized and prepared for my surgery! Lots of helpful tips on here appreciate the help from all you lovely ladies!!! Getting a little nervous hoping I chose the right implant and that I'll be happy with the results!!! Updated on 16 Feb 2017: So yesterday was the big day, I had my surgery at 130 in the afternoon. I was in the OR for about an hour then woke up in recovery feeling pretty sleepy and out of it. Was in quite a bit of pain on a scaled of 1-10 (10 being the worst) I rated my pain at a 7 and she gave me more painkillers and kept me on the IV. I slept for about an hour after in the recovery room then I was moved to a big comfy lounger where my boyfriend could finally come in and see me. I had a ginger ale sat for a bit, then the nurses helped me get dressed then I was on my way! So total time spent at the clinic was 12:30-4:30! I live an hour away from where my surgery was so I brought a huge pillow and fuzzy blanket and just reclined myself right back and pretty well slept all the way home. I'm completely wrapped up obviously I've only been able to peek the tops of them and so far they look great! I can remove my wrap on day three and shower so (Saturday the 18th), I'm covered in the pink antibacterial all over my chest so I'll be excited for when I can shower again!! I've been taking my pain killers every four hours and just started my other meds I have to take 4 a day. Ice packs have also been my best friend highly recommend having two you can rotate in the freezer! And I also picked up stool softeners I haven't had to take them yet but better safe then sorry!! I have the best set up at home right now all perched up in bed with everything I could possibly need, my boyfriend has been nothing but amazing helping me in any way he possibly can. Definitely important to have someone you love and trust by your side for post op care!! Updated on 18 Feb 2017: So today is day three post op for me. Still taking my pain killers every four hours on top of my other meds. Still haven't been eating much, I've been drinking smoothies and lots of water. I Finally got to shower today it felt amazing, like taking a cast off lol! My boyfriend who's been such a great help, washed my hair and helped me dry off and get dressed. It felt rather strange/uncomfortable taking the bandages off I liked how tight it felt on, now I have to wear a sports bra for at least two weeks! I just need to find one that's more fitted and comfortable. But so far I'm happy!! Can't wait till they soften up and drop, I know it takes time and patience :) I have my post OP appt on this Wednesday coming up hoping he says the healing is going well!! Will keep updated but for now I'm still in bed rest!! Updated on 2 Mar 2017: So yesterday I hit the two week post op mark. I had my one week post op consult with my surgeon last Wednesday and he said everything Is healing great!! I'm quite happy with the results so far, I know it takes awhile for them to settle and "drop n fluff". Patience is key!! Back to work at one of my jobs today. Will keep updating and posting pictures!! Can't wait till I can buy bras how long would you recommend waiting to buy one!?! Thanks ladies xo
