35 Yrs Old, Two Kids... 505 Sientra Textured Silicone Here I Come - Myrtle Beach, SC

So I'm no stranger to a breast augmentation... 12 years ago my surgeon performed a breast augmentation on you when I was just 23 years old. At that time I opted to go under the muscle and with a 350cc saline implant. My initial result was beautiful and I love my breast navigation at that time. Fast forward to eight years later I had my son and then three years after that had my daughter. Breast-fed for about eight months with both my children and my breasts held up really well. They are however a bit out of whack in terms of being symmetrical. One is dripping a little bit more than the other. They look very natural but I miss their perky appearance from when I had just have them done. So I've made the decision to go back in and have them taken out and replaced with 440cc textured silicone implants. My procedure is on August 13 and I had my preop appointment today! I will be going over the muscle this time so they will have to tack my pack muscle back down and then place the implant over the muscle. My first surgery I also had my incision around the nipple and this time around I'm going to go underneath the breast. My PS recommended a new incision site because of the textured silicone implant. If I try to put it through my original incision site it would likely damage the way my nipples look at I didn't want to do that.

So I'm laying here getting ready to go to bed and tomorrow morning is my surgery. My surgeon and I have been going back-and-forth between the idea of 440 moderate silicone textured implants or 505's. I want to be a lot bigger but Obnoxious.... At this point I told him to just pick what he thought was right and would look good on me and I just have to trust him! I think I'm more nervous about the small amount of LIPO and scar revision but I have to get. The revisions are from my tummy tuck procedure that I had done in December. Wish me luck I'll post later!

I went in at 6:45 this morning and my surgery started at 7:30. They took a little bit longer than expected because my doctor ended up doing more lipo in conjunction with my breast augmentation.

He seem to be really happy about the work and said I was a champ. As for the girls he ended up going back under the muscle instead of over... We went with 505 moderate profile silicone gels. I know that they're going to be much bigger than they were before I can already tell.

As for pain it continues to get better today, as I'm taking all the correct medication. I think by Saturday morning I'm going to go completely off the painkillers and go to ibuprofen.

I will be posting some pictures tomorrow after I've had a good full day of rest I'm sure everything will be swollen. I say on a scale of 1 to 10 my pain level is a three or four right now. Propped up in my bed with a bunch of pillows... Getting in and out of the bed is the hardest part.

My appetite has also returned was just great!
