Just a quick date . I think i have a seroma . Totally my own fault for not wearing my spanx n went for shopping etc :-( . Have told it might need draining out next if its still there. So ladiez dont forget your garment day n night for couple of weeks . [RS bleep] hope you all r doing great . Good luck to those who are going under this surgery soon, its so much worth it [RS bleep]

Just a quick update with pics . I feel pretty much back to normal just a lil discomfort n sharp sudden occurs when i get up quick or move fast. I have been standing straight since day 7 . I took this pic today. So far loving my results. Swelling is still there but thats something that will take time to go away completely. Just to let you know i have been eating completely healthy to speed up my healing process and it has worked wonders.

driving
Drove kids to school n picked them . It was fine . I feeling better and better everyday.
Had a weired pain on the left side over my incision i think. It felt like something was digging in really bad with almost every move . I cried tonight whilst getimg in bed. Not moving now incase it comes back. I hope its better in the morning.
Kids have been a great help . My 9 years old made me a really nice cup of tea. Family doesnt live far . They all have been poppin by n droped off some food. My fridge is full :-( cant even eat much at a time .
A friend came to visit me n she brought me some food too this evening . I am truely blessed n surrounded by loving and caring people xxxx love ya'll .
