Doing great .. Still dealing with a bit of pleating on one side , but it has been improving !! See the PS next week to show him the progress and anxious to figure out what's next to get the pleating to totally disappear .

My neck, ears and under chin still numb. And I am still working on perfectioning my neck. But overall very happy with the results and the change.

Hello everyone . Almost 5 weeks since my surgery on 5 March. Neck still a bit tight and ears are tender. Also had a bit of tethering on my neck so Dr Balikian gave me a steroid shot in the area yesterday . He said that problem area should go away . Need to massage area a bit everyday . Will go back and see him in another month. Other than that .. Happy with the results:)

So far so good . Met with the doctor and he listened to me . I didn't need or want a facelift, and he agreed . However, beware, of other offices trying to push you into having both. Noel has been great with the follow ups so far and when I had some concerns she even had Dr Balikian call me and this is all before I made the final commitment to have the surgery. Dr Balikian during the surgery was amazing!!! He made the entire 2 hour surgery so comfortable, and that was very important to me. I was awake during the entire surgery and I am so glad he made this recommendation . I don't believe there could be another surgeon out there with a better bedside manner than Dr Balikian. Then the following day post op appointment , he was there (not nurses) removing the dressings, cleaning the sutures, putting on the chin strap and reconfirming our next appointment . Something I didn't expect, but again definitely appreciated !
