Still looking great after that second touch up

My second touch up was super minor but it's holding up very well! Here are some updated pictures with no bags under my eyes anymore!! Yay!!!! My first treatment was in 2015 and my second minor touch-up was in 2017. I've been good ever since!!

I had a little touch up on my under eye filler after 2 1/2 years. And honestly I probably could have gone a little bit longer but with the holidays I wanted to just look a little fresher. And this time around it was even better because I had no bruising at all! I went to a different person this time who was a little closer to my home and the results were amazing! I loved it the first time and I loved it even more the second! I even had enough filler left over to do the laugh lines! I had the filler done first thing in the morning, and I even went to work after, and nobody had any clue I had anything done! I kept waiting for the bruising to happen like it did the first time and I had absolutely none!

Did the dr use Canula? I’ve heard it minimizes bruising.
Also have you been using any type of eye cream almond with the injections?

This time it actually was a nurse that did it but she works for the company that makes these fillers I believe. And she trains doctors and other people to do them as well! She did not use a cannula but I have heard of it. Either tool gets the job done for sure. Not all doctors use a cannula. I believe she used a diabetic needle instead of a regular injection needle. I've had other friends go to her as well and they've never had bruising either! The first time I used arnica cream because I had so much bruising but this time I didn't need anything as you can tell!

I've had this treatment done, but my physician has recommended that we put very little in , about a quarter of a syringe each time. My Physician stated the if u try to do a full correction at once that it will lead to swelling , lumps and bruising. The small amount she puts in will give me only 30% correction at a time, I've gone in twice already. And will go in one more time. However, i have never had any bruising or swelling whatsoever with this treatment since we are placing such a small amount of filler each time.

Are they able to save the leftover from the syringe or do you have to keep paying for it each time? And that makes sense as well. I think some people are worse than others and they probably could use a little more. The first time I had it done it was just a half of a syringe so it was like a quarter syringe under each eye and probably the same this time around because she usef The Leftovers on my laugh lines.

It does work for certain situations I guess. In my case thankfully it did. Restylane was used

Hi. I'm about 5 days out from getting my under eye filler and was wondering, how many syringes did you have done the first time and the second time? I loved how mine looked the initial few days, but that must have been swelling even though I didn't think I had swelling. I had nearly 1 syringe put in, but am thinking I'll need another. I've got another 10 days until my recheck so maybe the look will change a bit more still.

the first time was just half a syringe. This time around was probably about the same because I had her use leftover on my laugh lines to soften them up as well. Definitely keep me posted on your progress! And yes initially you will have a little bit of swelling and plumpness which can look really great sometimes as long as there is not bruising. The product does start to settle and you will know if you need more usually after a couple of weeks

Oh man that would get very very expensive for sure! Those fillers are not cheap at $500 a pop at least

Because it wasn't that bad to where I needed that kind of surgery. Maybe 20 years down the road I could consider that. Plus it depends on what the problem is. Some people have fat pads that make their eyes really puffy and in that case it might work. I had the bags but it was really just dented in and needed to get filled

I am going the end of this month to get the same thing done and I am so excited and Looking at your pictures makes me even more excited! i have sucken hollows like you do and I ‘m 35, but I’ve had them all my life. What an unbelievable difference!!

You look fantastic! Your review was the reason I ended up having it done. I loved it initially but at almost a year out, it's starting to collect fluid "bags". I read that the filler holds more water as it dissolves. Have you experienced anything like this at 2 years out?

No, not at all! I have no bags. Sometimes I'm a little bit puffy if I don't sleep or if I get a migraine but I never get fluid bags... Do you have a picture??

Hey, no i have not! I'm by Frankfort, IL. My bags are not really bad but it just looks like i'm always lacking sleep! And I'd rather do this before it does look worse.
