About two weeks out
It's ok. The lpg massage has helped with the swelling ALOT, but I am a bit concerned as my tummy is a bit uneven. I hope that it is temporary!
The clinic contacted me yesterday to check up with me and see if I had any concerns. Whenever I have had concerns, the have answered promptly. I feel like a burden lol.

Patience is the key my friend. You ARE going to slim down, the body is just doing its protective thing against the perceived assault on it so it will be up and down for some time. Avoid salt as much as is healthy and the girdle/faja is your best friend (no matter how ugly). Keep telling yourself that although it is only natural to feel anxious it will only get better and worrying will not make the healing process go any faster. Our brain tells us the logic but our feelings sometimes get the better of us. In a few months you will wonder what you were concerned about. Oh, and any uneveness is normal too, the body seems to sort bits out in phases, relax :)
