Third time's the charm

When I started Dr Kayan, she was upfront about what I could expect. At my follow ups she told me to be patient, as they will change appearance for a year, maybe a little longer. She was correct in my case. They have definitely dropped and fluffed. I honestly didn’t think they would look decent. I am very happy with my results. Dr Kayan is very detailed and artistic. I don’t think anybody else could get a better result considering what she had to start with.

Hello Indy3543 . Thank you for the compliment. It's been 16 months or so. I was always concerned about what people would think or say. I don't think most people really care at all. I don't get stared at , which is what I was afraid of. Only one of my friends said anything. The rest either didn't notice or didn't care. I don't flaunt them either. When I look at my reflection in a car window, I realize they definitely are noticeable. Nobody seems to care. When I look down, they don't seem very substantial and was thinking of going bigger. When I look at my reflection, I realize they fit my body just fine. If in doubt, wear a bra with silicone inserts. That would give you an idea of other peoples response. I have learned you have to be comfortable with yourself. Once you do that, it's easier for others to accept. I have gotten an enormous amount of information and support from Albie. Please read his review if you haven't already. Very enlightening and informative. I hope I have helped in a small way, Chris.
Do you live full time as a female? Or are you living as male?
Still presenting as male. I have to proceed as finances allow. At my age there are other medical procedures that take precedence. If I had come out years ago it would have been a lot easier. With the hormone therapy, I have started to fill in the male pattern baldness. I constantly wonder what would have been.

9 month update

In two days it will be a full nine months since my surgery. There have been no issues, and I feel good overall. I went to Soma and got properly fitted. A 38dd fits me well. I have only had one friend ask if I had “tits”, but nobody else has said anything. I think it’s hard to miss. Either people don’t notice how big they are, or they don’t care. Works well for me. Still difficult to get comfortable in the high heat and humidity. In the past I would have taken off my shirt. Not happening now. Still a little uncomfortable wearing a tanktini, but I think that’s where I’m heading. My stomach is not one where I would like to bare it. Not vanity, but a respect for other people’s eyesight. I’m still not happy with the shape, but I was told they will probably keep changing for the first year. I can only hope. All things considered, the only thing I might possibly change is to go bigger. They don’t look that big when I look down, but the photos look ample.

So what happened the other 2 surgeries? Your results are very impressive. I get my lipo fat transfer in about 11 days...
