Dreamed Tummy Tuck on 73 Year Old Became Reality

After 3 children plus stress of various kinds causing poor eating habits, my stomach gained in guirth - which I was ashamed of for 30+ years. Ten years after my husbands death, I decided I would have the tummy tuck I've wanted for years - for no other reason than to make myself happier. Dr Parks assisted me in post surgery recovery (I'm a widow, independent, & live alone) by suggesting I check into Mobile Infirmary for several days so their nurses could take care of me. I chose not to have my abdomen muscle stitched together because I would be fine (and I still am fine) with my 73 year old "flattish" stomach. I saw no need to try & look like an 18 -21 year old with a very flat stomach on a 73 year old body. I look good wearing my clothes !
