Ulthera Wasn't Pain Free, but... - Mountlake Terrace, WA

I had Ulthera on my lower face and neck today. It's too soon to tell if it's worth it, but I do feel tightening in my neck and jaw. I used no pain medication, just ice and a silicone squeezie thing. It can be uncomfortable -- it feels like pin pricks but it stops as soon as the instrument is lifted off your face. I would say the TCA peel I did a few months ago was much more uncomfortable, and if I did it again I still wouldn't use pain medication. Time will tell if it's worth it. I'm trying to put off having a face lift as long as possible, and between the chemical peel, Restylane injections and (if this does the trick), Ulthera, I can probably wait a few more years to get it done.

Sounds like you are taking a very preventative approach to things. I'll be very interested to hear what changes you continue to see from your Ultherapy & would love to know what your main concerns were with that area.

Also, we are going to be having a free Webinar tomorrow at 5:15 Pacific Time on Neck & Chin concerns. You can click here to read more info or to register. :)
