I have been saving money since I was in middle school. I have always known that I wanted this procedure. I used to fill up water balloons when I was younger and call myself Dolly Parton. I finally completed my degree and decided it was time. I had bilateral subpectoral augmentation mammoplasty. I went from a 34A to a large 34D (close to a 34DD). I was pretty sore for the first 4 days and progressively got better and better. I was surprised by how limited my arms were but you don't know until you do it. Easily manageable and strength quickly comes back. It is 3 weeks later and the only irritant are my nipples. They feel very sensitive (even running a bra across them is not favorable). Personally, I have been putting vitamin E gel and regular lotion on them and it seems to help with massaging. I couldn't be happier with how I look, so it's well worth it!
