58 Yrs Old, Tummy Tuck & liposuction. Mountlake Terrace, WA

My stomach has never been flat. I feel it is genetic, since my mother, sisters and daughter have the same trait. As I age, I look to my 85 yr old mother to get a glimpse of what I can expect to look like. She is a very attractive woman, with the exception of her belly. Contemplating this procedure I had the typical concerns: "Can I really afford this?", "Is this way too vain to spend this much on something elective?". I had breast augmentation when I was 20 (young and easy-go-lucky) and although it was successful have felt somewhat inauthentic. I spoke with my mother about it and she was very supportive saying "I would get it done if I was younger".
My decision to see Dr. Baxter was due to my research on this site and other Internet research. He was not the first surgeon I consulted with, but was the last. His experience and caring personality one me over. His staff, from the receptionist, financial advisor, nurse, everyone were extremely accommodating and supportive.
I had a tummy tuck and liposuction. The recovery, as expected, was painful but not overly so. I was very impressed with all the follow up phone calls immediately following to check on my status.
It's been 6 weeks and I am thrilled with the results. I have another appt in 6 weeks and know that the results will continue to improve.
