You look great. Awesome figure prior to surgery. I would have never known. I am three weeks out and want to start with a bikini competition when I am all healed. Do you have any tips or recommendations? I am 47 yrs.
Get a good coach that has a good diet/workout plan and stick to it. Be dedicated for it becomes a lifestyle change. Every show that you compete should show change, you should never look the aame. Enjoy the journey.

Day 5. No pain but told to stay stooped over. Getting restless trying to be still, position conscious and stooped. Also not sleeping much due to just being uncomfortable after a period of time. Any suggestions?

Standing up too straight for my doctor, so will assume the bent over position as required for proper healing.

I have been wanting to do this for the longest...

I have been wanting to do this for the longest time but until recently, I just decided to take the plunge. I started body building 2 years ago at the age of 59 and 1/2. I have competed 3 times and won 1st place each time but the problem here is that each time my excess skin, around my tummy, had to be glued into my suit. I really want to up my game this year and not worry about that excess skin.
