Hello
I’d like to begin by telling you my story. Although the review maybe long, if you are considering plastic surgery please read.
My story goes like this, after a significate weight loss, I decided I wanted to have a breast lift, augmentation, and tummy tuck. I thought I found the perfect surgeon. In 2008 I had both procedures done at two different times. Just a few months after the breast surgery I noticed that my nipples were not places correctly, leaving one higher than the other plus the shape of my breasts was very off. And after my tummy tuck I noticed an indention of some sort at my waist line and dog ears. So the surgeon said he could fix these things. I felt that he could, so I paid again to have these items fix but after the surgery, it was no better, my nipple was properly fixed but I was not happy with the rest of me and I told the Dr, he said it looked fine to him. I have to live with it so it matters to me. His “fine” did not make me a happy camper.
One thing about plastic surgery you really don’t know your results until about 6 months or more after you’ve healed. So I waited hoping it would all look right.
The problem with this dr, is that he did not listen me, wanted me to make another appointment for another surgery so that he can “Fix it”, I think not, he already messed it up.
So I set out to find another surgeon. I interviewed a few surgeons, I found Dr Pearl, he’s the best, he listened to me, didn’t just shrug me off and he agreed that it was not fine as the last surgeon said it was.
From there his wonderful staff helped me in every way. He made me feel good about me again. Fixed the dog ears, tummy and breast that was in 2011, I think.
Last year my left breast was hardening and very uncomfortable, actually it was rising up and I was looking deformed. I was scared, not sure of what was going on. I made an appointment with Dr Pearl to get a check-up as well as one with my Ob/GYN. Such a bummer to find out that my left breast was forming a capsular contracture. So I knew already I needed to have surgery again to remove, replace or whatever they do.
After 6 months I final made the appointment to go under. I felt really good going into Dr Pearls office. He had a plan to remove and possible replace, which is why I need to purchase another implant. You just never know what’s going to happen on the operating table. Once Dr. Pearl opened up the pocket, a ruptured implant spilled out and he quickly had to revise his plan, gather all the necessary equipment and supplies to clean the pocket and scar tissue. He and Shelly did an amazing job that day. It’s been 3 months now and I feel wonderful and I look wonderful, all thanks to Dr Pearl and his wonderful staff.
He’s diamond in the ruff as well as his staff
