This is my 3rd day after BA done! I wanted to share my experience and exchange info here. Hope mine will help someone to make decisions.
I have met several SP and decided Dr. Shahin Fazilat as he was the only one who I felt "know what I want!" He did not even tell what CC to go and I fund we went for 280cc HP after the surgery! My stats are btwn 5'5 to 5'6 (164cm), 109 LBS, No kids, 10,5 width (I think).
Day of Treatment: I was so nervous that I did not sleep at all. My boyfriend dropped me off at the surgery center at 10am. I was very emotional crying when the nurse was taking my vitals as it has been a long way over 2 years for me to finally get to this point. I was taken to the OP room, Dr. Anesthesiologiest asked me what I do for living and I andwered a few and out... The nurse was right next me when I woke up asking me if I feel okay. I felt fine and Dr. Shahin popped out his face in between the curtins "Everything went well! (I think that's what he said?)" I was fed with appole sauce with crackers to take the pain med. I saw my boyfriend and I was ready to go home! I was very suprised no pain, it was more like uncomfortableness however I ordered "Exparel" which a pain manage injection ($400 extra) Dr can inject directly into the breast muscles after the surgery. But the pain started in the evening and I took the pain pills. The pin was manageable but I did not sleep well at all...
Day 1, 2 aftger surgery: Day 1 was easy. I guseed the injection was working! Bu the day 2 was the most difficult day! The pain was pretty bad at the top part of my boobs, getting up from bed was not present at all. I took the pain meds every 6 hours and trying to get some sleep. I wnated to cook dinner for my boyfriend and I did was a good break being out of bed. The pain was okay and I took the pain med again to go to bed. It seems I have very difficult time sleeping but it may be my issue not from BA?? I got ace bandage wrapped aounrd me so I have not seen my new boobs yet. That makes my skin so itch!! Dr. Shahin's assistant she is FAB! (Call Ms. S ok?) told me that I can unwrap to take a shower on 4th day which is Saturday, I can't wait AH!!!
Day 3 after surgery:
I metioned the show will be Saturday (tomorrow) however I decided to check with Ms. S if I can unwrap it without taking shower. Becasuse, skin itchness was killing me! SHe said "go ahead!" I took a half bath at my bottom and wripped off the top. Feel much better and put the regular T-shirt on over my new boob! WOW, this is my first time to view my new boobs after surgery BIG!! I requested to go from 34 small B to small C but this is HUGE! Hope they will calm down and settle IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS RIGHT? I want to be very natural... I am going to get my hair shampooed today. Did anyone shampooed and blow dry on your own at this point and your arms boobs were okay? (Note: Sorry for mis spelling I am sure there are some!!)

Dr. Shahin and his office may not talk to you much just enough to cover ????????however sounds funny you do not need to worry about your procedure! I felt "fund a Dr. I want to go with!" He did not tell me what CC and such. He let me try a few implants to see which I liked that's it. He knew then what he would do! If you are thikning of BA in the San Francisco bay area, well worth to meet him???
